Roughly six months after he was chosen Best Male Newscaster in the 24th Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) Star Awards for Television, Daniel Razon gets nominated as “Darling of the Press” honoree by the same award-giving body on its 27th Star Awards for Movies.

Before its more than 6,000 graduates, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines conferred on Daniel Razon the doctorate degree in Humanities, Honoris Causa, during its 2011 Commencement Exercises held last May 6 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
