UNTV-BMPI Chairman and CEO Daniel Razon is beefing up UNTV’s offerings of free services starting the first quarter of 2014, a move not surprising for a network known as “The Public Service Channel”.

The PhilHealth Advocates, PNP Responders, and AFP Cavaliers dominated their rivals in the third eliminations week of UNTV Cup 2 yesterday at the Ynares Sports Arena.

The AFP Cavaliers, Judiciary Magis and Philhealth Advocates won their respective assignments in UNTV Cup’s elimination games last February 23 this year at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

This season, ten teams will battle it out for the crown and the league-sponsored financial assistance they could provide for their partner organizations.

The Senate Defenders earned their first win against House of Representatives Solons in the first elimination round game of UNTV Cup Season 2 on February 11 at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

The week 1 elimination round of UNTV Cup Season 2 saw PNP Responders, LGU Vanguards, and Judiciary Magis won their respective games last February 16, joining Team Senate on a 1-lead team standing.
