His gifts, surely Daniel Razon had received not just one but many. And one of
these is the gift of music. If DSR had not been a broadcast-journalist, perhaps
he would have excelled in the music industry. His obviously modulated and
captivating voice has been his very investment in his chosen profession. Yet,
more than that, he uses this in his most dedicated vocation - in preaching the
Scriptures and in singing praises to God.
...Born a music-lover, DSR has
composed a number of songs of praise and inspiration. Humbly he admits he is
not a composer, neither a professional singer, but his songs' lyrics and tunes
reflect that this talent is truly a God-given gift and that his compositions
were written not by him alone but with the help of the Best Composer of all to
whom DSR dedicates them all-the God Almighty.
..A person of exceptional
talents, DSR not only sings and composes but he also plays different musical
instruments - drums, guitar, piano - to name a few. His is keen in listening,
that's why he easily notes if you are out of tune. He sings by heart and so he
knows who does it the same way or not.
..His love for music, a
similar fondness as his uncle Bro. Eli, brought him 25 original compositions,
all coming up in most peculiar situations. During worship or in simple
conversations, you see him write. Then after that, he has a new song. Some of
his songs were composed on account of his experiences, the experiences of his
peers, and the people who, in one way or the other, have touched his life.
